Morè currently ships internationally using trusted carriers including FedEx and DHL to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Orders may be fulfilled from international locations depending on product availability and logistics. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention and care before shipment.

Production & Delivery Times
Many Morè pieces are made to order or produced in small batches. Estimated production timelines, where applicable, will be noted on the product page.

Once shipped, standard international delivery through FedEx or DHL typically takes 7–14 business days.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.

Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Morè is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Made to Order
Many Morè pieces are currently made to order in small batches or created individually by artisans. This slower production process allows us to reduce waste and preserve the integrity of handmade craftsmanship.

Please allow additional production and fulfillment time where noted.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order and limited nature of many Morè pieces, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.

All sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@mor-e.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong piece.

To help us assess the issue, we may request photographs of the item and packaging.

Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs duties or import fees are not eligible for refund.
